• Started out at the age of 6 with Bays United FC
• 1990-1993- Three BC cups with Bays United Strikers
• 1994-1997- Lower Island Metro team- two BC Cups
• 1996- Victoria all star team that toured Europe
• 1997- Mt.Doug High School BC Champions
• 1998-2003- Played for the University of Nevada Las Vegas
• 2000-2009 (summers) played for Victoria United (5 time league and cup winners)
• 2005-2009 (winters) played for Bays United Men’s division one.

Coaching profile:

• Thirteen years of coaching experience in summer soccer camps
• 2001 Coached a Las Vegas U-14 club team to the State Championship semi-final
• 2007-2008 Head Coach of Victoria United (two league and cup titles)
• 2008-2009 Bays United staff coach, working with ages 7-12
• 2008-2009 Head technical coach of Pirates Academy
